My overall experience was great, the only blot on the landscape when a customer (as I thought) came in whilst I was there (someone who had booked last minute) and when Chloe said she just needed something to eat this person said "Well get a move on then ha ha ha" (it was clearly not a joke. I felt that was not a nice way to speak to anyone even when you're paying for the service. I then found out it was one of the owners. That is definitely not the way to speak to a member of your own staff.
