I was given a voucher in Oct (valid for 12 months)which was for a biab manicure and gel toe nails .The actual nails were good but I did not get Biab as Mina didn’t read the voucher until after starting the manicure.
During the experience I was told I would be in credit on the voucher .However on completion and having left the salon I was told I owed £8
I queried this with the manager and was told treatments had gone up in price in April.
This ruined the experience and cant be acceptable !!!

This was the 1st time I have ever had gel nails and was very impressed. My toenails look great. Mina was lovely and chatted nicely with me through the treatment. very impressed with the salon as a 1st visitor. the staff wRee lovely and i will definitely be coming again.
