I’ve been going to three stories since it was taken over by Jackie ( I was a customer years before and witnessed it’s decline) the therapists have always been lovey and friendly but the environment was shoddy. Since Jackie took it on it’s had a whole new up lift and looks clean and fresh and has a lovely warm atmosphere. All the treatments I’ve had ( nails, waxing, tinting) have always been done to a high standard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
