First time here after hearing great reviews. Katie was lovely and very attentive to asking questions about pressure etc however I found the room itself to have a cold feeling even though it was nicely presented.
I also thought the treatment bed and towels used felt slightly damp which in turn just added to the feeling of a little cold so couldn’t fully relax.
Katie was very good at what she does however I probably wouldn’t go back purely because I’ve had overall nicer experiences elsewhere.
