Amazing. Chose this place because of the reviews. Amazing sugar wax by Emma who talked me through all the products etc. Would 100% recommend and go back! New fave spot!

The staff member was friendly. I booked myself in for hollywood sugaring but had a a Hollywood hot wax instead as the member of staff who does the sugaring was unavailable- despite it saying on Treatwell she was available. To cut the story short I told the therapist I have sensitive skin to which she said it’s fine the wax is suitable for sensitive skin- I ended with burnt skin. Very very upset about it and angry too - and in a lot of discomfort.
