The lady who did the facial and manicure was really nice but was very junior and honestly I doubt she is a qualified beauty therapist. The treatment was very short and basic and I didn't get a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage as the website advertises. The manicure was OK - it came out really nice but I had to remind them I ordered the deluxe one and not the basic and even then there were no heated mitts (just basic cotton gloves) as they advertise on the website. So overall it was OK and the stuff was welcoming and friendly but I expected the therapist to be more professional and for the treatments to be exactly as described on the website
