It was my first time at Threads, but I got welcomed extremely nice. The lady who did the sugaring was really professional but also very kind. She made sure to ask if I was okay or needed a break every now and then. She missed a little part, but when I told her, she immediately removed the hairs as well. The guys who were upstairs at the cash desk wer so nice - I really felt appreciated as a customer. Definitely recommended!!
