Simon was really attentive, and gave me a free wash and blow dry to ensure a good haircut. He made me feel very comfortable and I love the finished look.

I have really struggled to find a stylist who understands colour like jack does
I'm quite grey but like to be medium blonde without red /copper/ brass ..but also achieve good coverage ...I travel a lot for work but wait to be in London to see jack after too many previous disasters 😁 however I do advise to book as far ahead as possible as he is always very busy .. that's says everything eh !?😉 the staff are all lovely and welcoming ...I had a manicure with neha also last time and she was great
