Palak is lovely and really puts you at ease.
Unfortunately this was one of the most painful waxing experience I've ever had with areas of skin repeatedly waxed due to stubborn hair. This is not something that has ever been a problem before and I'm not overly confident that Palak had much experience with this.
Unfortunately I am now left with very sore skin and a patchy wax!

Palak was very punctual and made me feel very comfortable to have her in my home. She came across as someone very capable and confident improvising the services I had booked her for and I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family.
