Only one person working, when I arrived they weren't aware of my appointment. The choices of nail polish for a file and polish were extremely limited and took a long time to try. I left with smudges on my toes and half of the nail polish came off when I took a shower the next day

I arrived at the salon only to be sent to another that clearly wasn’t expecting me - the whole manicure was rushed I felt and my nails were barely given time to cure.
