I have been to Thomas Hardy many times and usually have Katie. This time I had Kelly for my highlights and haircut and she was fantastic. I was nervous about getting my hair coloured again after a previous bad experience. She listened really well, gave great advice, was very well informed and did a fantastic job. I have have had so many compliments on my hair. People saying how natural it looks and how nice it is. She was excellent.
