The treatment was good and the therapist is very efficient despite a very busy schedule. Two issues, there was no way to find the location. There's refurbishment happening and no directions whatsoever to something which is in the basement. As a result I was just going round and round asking people where the place was and completely missed my appointment time. Treatwell should give the instructions in its confirmation emails. Similarly treatwell have me an appointment time when the therapist was not free. She reached out personally to reschedule. Treatwell booking software could be better.

Very friendly and efficient. A few patches on my legs but I didn’t have time to check them before I left. Sure if I had noticed she would have fixed in a jiffy.
