So far, had two different treatments with Teresa - a facial at Canary Wharf and waxing at Bank. Both were very positive experiences. It was my very first wax, so I went there very tense. But Teresa was amazing, explained everything to me and kept me relaxed. Will definitely be back for more!
Honestly the best wax I've had. Theresa is great - she really knows her stuff and I cannot believe how quick and painless it was. I'm not going to go anywhere else for my waxing now.

I had my waxing package done today at the bank branch. It was my first time and I was super nervous and did not know what to expect. But it was an amazing experience, especially the lycon waxed used. Teresa was amazing, and made this experience even better as she chatted with me the whole way through and really put me at ease. Defo going back again, and really recommend everyone to choose this place for your wax next time :)
I thought it was about time I left the raving review Therasa deserves! I visited Dollface at Canary Wharf over a year ago for my first brazilian wax, and like others, I was nervous and a bit apprehensive about the pain. I needn't have worried, I was quickly put at ease, and it didn't hurt as much as I was expecting. Yes there were some painful bits, but these were over really quickly. Theresa's attention to detail is fab, a true perfectionist. I visited Theresa again for a dermatalogica facial as I had been feeling quite run down and she suggested it would help...and it did, I was so relaxed afterwards and my face was refreshed. I also took advantage of the spa facilities with a friend while I was there which was great. Sadly I moved away from working near Canary Wharf and it just wasn't easy to get to Theresa anymore for waxing appointments...so I tried at least 3 other venues around the City, and none of them matched my experience at Dollface. They hurt, I wasn't happy with the results, and the surroundings weren't as relaxing (and there was no Theresa to put you at ease). I was so pleased when Dollface opened up a branch near Bank....and have just visited Theresa for the first time in a year...and now I remember why she is so popular and gets constant 5* reviews...because she deserves them. Thank you for making a rubbish beauty regime more bearable :) See you again soon! xxx
Wonderful facial! My skin already feels and looks better. Theresa was fabulous and my experience was nice and relaxing. I will definitely be back for other treatments. Thank you :)
