I went to Theresa @ Dollface for my first wax since moving to London and I haven't stopped since - just about to book another appointment and I will continue to book with her. I have been to both her locations in Bank and Canary Wharf and had a great experience in both. The Canary Wharf location in particular is set in a gorgeous spa which smells divine and very very relaxing. Theresa is very friendly and always puts you at ease, whether you are getting your first or 10th leg wax or something more personal - I would highly recommend. Also with her Hot berry wax it doesn't hurt half as much as you think. Theresa is also great at recommending products and I have asked her advice on various moisturizers and sun tan and aftersun lotions. Will continue to go back - very happy customer!
Theresa is a pro.The lycon hot wax was exceptionally well done, in terms of result and relatively painless considering I had not had a wax for some time. Theresa makes you feel immediately comfortable, relaxed even - after a decade of waxing across 5 different countries, I can say with confidence I haven't had a therapist this great. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
I hadn't had a lyconwax before and was very impressed. The treatment was quick and not too painful. Would recommend!

I am so glad I have finally found an amazing beauty therapist in Canary Wharf! Had two treatments with Dollface already and cannot praise it more. First was the facial in beautiful Spa (I have acne prone, sensitive, combination skin) and Theresa did wonders to my skin. The entire treatment was over 1 hour and it left me feel very pampered with noticeable difference to my skin. Theresa was also kind enough to recommend some changes to my routine in order to improve acne and I can already see the results. The second was lycon wax - this was my first ever waxing experience and I was terrified. However, she made me feel very relaxed and to my big surprise it wasnt as painful as I thought it would! I will surely continue doing facials, waxing and will most likely try manicure some time soon. Knowledgeable, lovely, kind and professional. Highly recommend!
This is the second time I've had a lycon wax with Theresa and I will definitely continue to go to her. Best intimate waxing experience; very thorough and not too painful.
