I was referred to Dollface by a friend, who was very happy with her results. I had a full back wax with Lycon Wax. It was my first time using this product compared to strip wax. I was a little apprehensive as it had some weeks since I had my last strip wax so the hair was longer then normal. What can I say it was almost painless in comparison to normal length with a strip wax I hate to think how much pain I would have had with strip waxing. More importantly I had no irritation after a first.
Theresa explained fully the procedure and that the skin is protected by an oil barrier. Having been strip waxing for many years this was the first time I was told to bring a clean unworn shirt to wear after the treatment to lessen any irritation also not to exercise and no hot baths etc. information I have never received before. I will never have a strip wax again nor will I use anyone else in future. Theresa was amazing had me at ease straight away and was very friendly and professional. Will I return absolutely next appointment already booked need I say anymore.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Had a little hiccup during leg wax where a bit of skin broke, and Brazilian wasn't as clean as I'd hoped but if I had noticed in the (dimly lit) room I'm sure she would've fixed that. Overall a good experience still.

Really great experience for waxing, shame about the location as the therapist would be much better suited in a lovely salon! Amazing value for money :) and a friendly atmosphere!

Theresa was really nice and she did a great job. Doll face has a small room next to the gym in City Golf - so in terms of location, it's very convenient for people working in the City as it's only a few minutes from Bank. Lycon is the best way for a Brazilian and it didn't disappoint this time either.

I have had many different types of wax when getting a Hollywood, and I have to say that the wax that Theresa uses is great, painless and great for sensitive skin. The wax was great, very thorough even with getting asked at the end of the treatment to check if it is to my liking. Theresa always makes you feel comfortable even when a newbie to waxing. I am definitely going to make Dollface my regular.
