The first time I got it done was great and lasted 3 months, this time unfortunately after few washes I can see the hair is getting frizzy. They insisted my hair is long and I need to pay extra because it’ll take longer but it took one hour less than the first time only 2.5 hours this time and worse outcome . I wouldn’t care about extra charge if it was done like the first time. Bit conflicted whether to go back.
