I went in to have my full head highlights done and found myself with the ends not done. The hairdresser decided that my ends were”dry” and didn’t need to be redone, so I found myself with half of my hair actually done, despite going there with the desire to get a proper full head done. I went there before and it was all good, but this time it didn’t work out because the hairdresser had her own opinion. It’s not nice to have a half length hair coloured and the other not. Very disappointed
