the wax was ok, though the hairs were not as cleanly removed than previous times. this caused the hair growing back within a week rather than three weeks it normally is.

I had a scheduled appointment for 3/4 leg wax from 12.15 until 12.45 pm. I arrived about 8 minutes late. Once I got into the room I asked the therapist if I could make the 3/4 into a full leg. She said no, there was not enough time. She finished at 12.40 with 5 minutes spare that I had allocated to me. Once I got to reception to pay and explain the therapist HAD time to do a full leg, the receptionist apologised and said I could go back into the room to finish my leg, once all dressed. I declined and will not be returning to this salon.

Everything went very well. The legs waxing took longer than the time indicated because my hairs were quite small for wax and the Therapist (Alex) was extra careful to make sure she would take as much as possible, not just rushing to meet the time. I was very happy with that, felt really well taken care of. Will come back for sure.
