This was my first time at the salon having my hair cut and I cannot recommend it more! The people were very welcoming, unlike the big chains in Ealing. Furthermore, Marcella was absolutely lovely, obviously loves her job and I came away with the exact look I was hoping for - she even gave me some tips as to how I can get the look myself at home - brilliant!
