I had previously used a junior stylist, so this time wanted a bit of an upgrade to a senior stylist as I wasn’t completely satisfied. I have paid the higher rate just to find out that is the same lady that’s going to cut my hair. Again she couldn’t cut my fringe straight. And the hair cut was missing the ooooph. I asked for gentle layers and she literally made top and bottom layer. Won’t be returning despite liking the salon. I just don’t like the assigned stylist. Booking finge trim is alsoHard

Definitely going back, hairdresser really knew what she was doing, have good knowledge of hair colouring. I asked to match my natural hair colour and it was almost exact, hair looks nice an healthy without any damage! Salon was clean and all kept safe distancing rules as well as face covering, great experience!
