Booked my appointment for 2:45pm via Treatwell. When I arrived I was told that my appointment had been changed to 3pm through Treatwell and that I should have been notified. I checked my Treatwell account and the appointment hadn’t been changed online but I agreed to walk around and then wait in the salon for the new time. My stylist (Fiodora) was lovely and did everything to accommodate me as I had to catch my train at 4pm. She was clearly very busy and stretched but did a fantastic job!!

Overall lovely hair cut and service, but lady who cut my hair was constantly distracted by other things in the salon. Shaping to hair at front was not equal either
