This was my fourth session with Richard and again the sports massage was excellent. I felt amazing afterwards. Richard's treatment really is helping me to get the best out of my aging body so I can keep fit and continue my passion for running, and I appreciated Richard identifying areas of extra tightness to focus on, and the advice for exercises I can do to help loosen those areas in between our sessions and before I go on my long runs.
