booked around 9.30 for 12. I turned up in due time to find a condescending individual telling me that it was overbooked as he did not see the booking because he was at the gym. The apology was frivolous, inconsiderate, not genuine. the offer to defer by half an hour was not taken on since he had not enough care for his client to begin with.
