I was really disappointed this time, I have been a few times before and never had a problem. The hairdresser I had was rude and told me I didn't understand things when I asked her to explain about the colours. She then told me off for not telling her the heaters had gone off even though I had been trying to catch her eye for 20mins but she was too busy with someone else. She also jabbed the comb into my eye when cutting my hair. I walked out after 3 bad hours looking exactly the same. After this I won't go back again.
