I came 5 mins before my appointment and they were late for about 10mins, the nail technician said she couldn’t provide full service because they close soon. The nail technician was nice but cut one nail too short, it’s hurt me a lot. I had a little patience nail polish. Wasn’t enjoyable...

Alex was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job. This is one of the only haircuts I’ve ever had in which the result is exactly what image I had in my head. She asked if I wanted a head massage which I thought was a great touch as some people don’t like this. I said yes and thought it was wonderful that this was another feature and I didn’t need to pay any extra.
