Really lovely staff that make you feel so comfortable. Really clean lovely salon. Was asked many times was I happy which made the experience enjoyable.
The beautician who did my wax was just so lovely and did an amazing job. I'll definitely go back and refuse to go to anywhere else after this experience!
As always, a great treatment. Such a nice place with nice staff. The treatment is always very thorough unlike some other places I've tried. I highly recommend.
Booking via Wahanda was good value for money and enabled me to see the previous reviews to make an informed choice. The staff were lovely, the salon was clean and well located. I was happy with my haircut.

I had a deep tissue massage booked and normally have a wonderful service with kirsty. However I had Pavlina on this occasion and I felt that I didn't get what I had requested. The pressure of the massage was non existent and felt like I had paid for someone to rub oil on me. I did not enjoy it as it was not what I was after especially as GP had advised me to use this treatment to treat my tension. At no point during the session was I asked about the pressur or my preferenceseand had to ask if the pressure could be increased. I left feeling disappointed. Next time I will specifically request for kirsty.
Other than this occasion previous treatments at therapy have been wonderful.
