Room nicely set up, therapist had a lovely manner. No hand or arm massage, which I've come to expect with high end massages , did have short head massage though. The only negatives were hearing music from hair aalon as well as relaxing music , and hearing that therapist was dropping used wet face cloths on the ground during facial. These were left there while I got dressed again also.

I had a facial wax and underarm wax and have rated this five stars. The therapist was great and the whole procedure was relatively pain free!

Went in to Therapy today to have my shellac removed from my finger nails and was pleased with the result - neat and no varnish left on at all
