Sandy was nice and considerate but when I checked my wax later there was an area completely untouched. I had to go in myself with hair removal cream and scissors and it was long hair it was not short, so it was not easily missed. This was disappointing as I expected a clean finish for the Hollywood and I had to go in and try fix it myself as I work full time and can’t just return. Other than that the pain was bearable.
