Great little treatment salon hidden away in a lovely part of Coventry. Sandy was absolutely lovely. However the treatments weren't up to standard. I had to redo my nail varnish because it had come away from the tips after my evening shower. I expected for the manicure to be more detailed with a proper massage to the hands and felt it was not worth £25 as it was very basic. I have regular manicures and this treatment felt like a file and polish not a manicure.
My sisinlaw's pedicure left her feet sore due to scrubbing / filing the skin whilst dry. her toe varnish got smudged and was "fixed". The overall finish of the nail varnish was not good. Sandy booked her in next day and re did the nail and also put soothing gel on her soles of her feet. I cannot emphasise enough that Sandy was absolutely lovely, however the quality of treatments was not value for money. We paid £50 for 2 treatments with not so good results.
