First time for Brazilian wax, Sandy is very experienced and made the whole thing easy, I was expecting more hair removed but maybe next time I'll go for a Hollywood. It wasn't too painful. I was expecting a salon, so the location took me by surprise, but turned out to be ok.

Sandy was a really nice lady and made me feel very comfortable. I got the eyebrow and eyelash tint and she even shaped my eyebrows to finish the look. They are not as dark as I usually get so I would ask for darker next time or for the tint to be left longer, not expected to be perfect for the first time with a new person. Sandy explained other treatments available and gave me a patch test for waxing which was really helpful for me to make future decisions. I'll definitely return :)
