Sandy was very nice and understanding about me being new to waxing. She talked me through the procedure and gave me advice on aftercare as well as information on hair growth after. I expected the final result to look a bit different I expected more hair to be removed and for the final finish to look neater. Sandy did explain that I hadn't left the hair to grow long enough though, so the latter could have been my fault as well.
I also liked the fact that Sandy messaged me before my appointment to explain where I can park, as this way I didn't have to park on the street.

Sandy was so lovely and welcoming. The treatment was good value for money but there was some unwanted hair left behind. Overall I would recommend her to friends.
