Therapeutic Pathways offers a calm and compassionate space where integrative hypnotherapy is used to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and healing. Each session is tailored, blending evidence-based hypnotherapy with CBT, NLP, mindfulness and other creative support techniques. Providing a safe, client-centred approach to help you create lasting change. Limited availability for both 1:1 consultations. Hypnotherapy can help with support for children under 11, with adjustment, resilience and emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem, fears, phobias and panic attacks and performance and motivation.
