I asked for a sports massage and did i get a sports massage; deep and painful! Booked my first ever sports massage due to soreness in my hamstrings. Asked for masseuse to focus mainly on the hammies and she certainly did.
Overall, very pleased with the service. My lovely masseuse even went over my allotted time slot and also the atmosphere was so tranquil I must have dozed off after the massage.

I bought this massage for my boyfriend and he loved it. He came back home so relaxed and looking many years younger :). He said it was painful but brilliant and helped a lot to relax his body.

Had the sports massage. The treatment itself was quite painful and I was sore for days, but have much less issues with my problem areas after that. Have had physiotherapy before and being treated for certain muscle issues can hurt a lot, but it pays off in the end. The sports massage is NOT for when you just want a nice, relaxing, de-stress type massage.
Overall good experience. Friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend.
