Annette is a friendly lady, she put me at ease, Myofascial release. it was very gentle therapy and I was so relaxed after. for the first time in a long time I could prepare dinner without pain. I want to return and try other treatments

Lovely place. Only small, but very welcoming and relaxing as soon as I walked in. Isabelle was a wonderful therapist who took great care of me and an old sports injury to my leg which had lead to issues in my lower back and shoulder too.
