Absolutely lovely experience for m and my friend the therapists were great only little down the bit stone machine wasn’t working HOWEVER the therapist kept me informed throughout and made extra special attention to my shoulders where I had lots of knots that I didn’t know about until she started the massage - the machine got the less star NOT the therapist
