As I have a desk job i explained to Isobel the issues with my neck and shoulders (tightness and quite painful to turn my head) and she paid particular attention to the main problem area which was great and knew exactly what to do to loosen the muscle. A few more visits with Isobel will hopefully eradciate the issue. Very happy
