I had a great massage with Andy. He focused on the areas that were bothering me and thr massage was fantastic - relaxing but effective. I loved the cupping treatment that was included. Overall a great experience and I will definayely be back!

I have had lots of massages over the years and they tend to be either pleasant or effective. Andy managed both. a seemingly gentle massage that didn't hurt at all, but which located muscle tension and eased it away. I will definitely return.

I am a professional, fully qualified, and Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I worked in the Forum Spa in Celtic Manor Resort for many years too. I have everything with me that is essential for good, professional treatment: Massage coach, towels, bolsters, oils, candle and music player therefore you just need to bring yourself. When you arrive, we'll have some quick consultation and I will ask you about areas of your concern and your possible preferences.
