Made me feel uncomfortable for booking via Treatwell. Noticeably annoyed about prepaying and had me waiting for 45min and then told me I needed to pay more. Intentionally didn’t do a balayage, and covered my hair in toner, so it was all one colour. Then they aggressivly combed my hair when drying it and I had to tell them to stop pulling so hard. Horrendous experience and I would suggest staying well clear, especially if you’re going to book via this app.

Eyebrows were well threaded. Just an advise- please respect customer’s time as I had to wait for half an hour for my scheduled appointment.
