Holly was really friendly and gave great advice - the times for my appointment changed but there was clear communication and this wasn’t a problem - thank you so much for taking the pressure off me at short notice really appreciate it - my hair looked brighter and the blow dry my my hair silky and bouncy - perfect xxx
