There was abit of a mix up with the price of booking, I booked online and expected to pay £20+ for a wash cut, blow dry and treatment. I chose to pay at the venue.
I had the wash and cut and was charged £5 for a blow dry with a barrel brush.
When it came to paying it was £30+ not the agreed price on Treatwell.
after getting home and thinking about it I realised I hadn't had the conditioning treatment and I was slightly annoyed at being charged £10+ more than advertised.
I contacted the salon and the woman I spoke to apologised for this mix up, she explained the pricing on treat Well was incorrect.
I was promised a free blow dry and conditioning treatment on any Friday of my choice, I haven't yet redeemed this as I am busy most Fridays.
overall I couldn't fault the cut or the staff, I'd just advise to pay online to secure the price.

I was really pleased with the cut, everybody I come into contact with noticed and said how good my hair looked.

Salon was lovely and the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. The cut was brilliant and I enjoyed the entire experience. Will be back again!
