I am happy with the treatment itself, I was given what I asked for which was my hair to keep its length. The downfall to the experience was I was told there would be a surcharge due to the length of my hair. I was told this was in the small print on Treatwell. After having a look I cannot find this anywhere. I was originally quoted £20 on top of what I paid. I made it clear I wasn’t happy and it was reduced to £10. However this needs to be clear upon booking as I would not have booked otherwise

The ambience and welcoming feel of the salon are amazing. Mel always listens carefully to what I want and offers thoughtful professional advice to help achieve the best results. Every visit is a pleasure, and I always leave loving my colour, treatment, and how healthy and beautiful my hair feels.
I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Mel is my hairdresser for life!
