My name is Sian. I’ve been practicing Aromatherapy since 1994 and a Complementary Practitioner since 2008. My area of interest is the mind/body connection, just as physical imbalance can manifest in the body so too can emotional imbalance. My approach is based on neuromuscular principles that invite the body to relax from within. I avoid using excessive force which ignores boundaries your nervous system has put in place to stay “safe” often referred to as guarding. The pressure I choose is informed, responsive to your body and purposeful…..your body talks and I’m always listening. I really enjoy creating a relaxing & safe environment for my clients to enjoy precious moments of self care through the power of therapeutic touch.
