I have used the Wright Way Salon many times. I work for Birmingham City Council and Kate the owner has been out to our building that has 600 staff in to do mini treatments such as massages, reflexology, indian head and reiki. All the staff at work absolutely loved the treatments, found them to be very relaxing and have asked me to arrange similar days again. I have been in the shop myself for treatments as I suffer a lot with stress from working in a stressful job at times and having caring responsibilities. I have quite often rang the shop and begged them to squeeze me in for massages or reflexology after a really hard week and they have been very accommodating.
At the moment I have been going for 1-2-1 pilates sessions once a week as I have suffered from a bad back since last year and chiropractors and physio just wasn't working but the stretching and building strength in my core is finally helping. I quite often recommend to others to try it as it definitely works.
Excellent ! My regular stop for pampering. Staff brilliant and make you feel very comfortable. High standard of service. Prices are very good. Experienced staff always give good advise. Have recommended to friends. Have special offers sometimes. Also run charity fundraiser sometimes. Very clean ! And the coffee is good !!
The massage was great, staff members were also very attentive and the food was great to. The only criticism I would make is that you're restricted to two rooms which felt a little claustrophobic after a few hours (the building was old and shared). I would return to this venue but not for a full day due to the facilities and lack of space.
I had a voucher for christmas from my boyfriend for hair removal- it was great price for 6 sessions.
So far I have 5 and the machine is amazing! The lady Kate that does it for me clearly knows exactly what she is doing and I am really happy with the results! The last appoitment that I had was cancelled due to the machine not working, however the staff told me in advance and kept me updated with the fix and when I could book in for my next treatment, so very well handled.
I will be booking my next 6 sessions with this salon.
I went there as purchased my KGB voucher for half head and cut. The staff were rude, they hurried up and did not apply the colour properly and give me haircut as I wanted ( they explained this is whith vouchers so it does not apply for longer cuts). After half head colouring the girl who did my hair was more interested in chatting to other staff rather than doing her job properly and she left my hair half wet! I could not imagine somebody did that to me just because I used the voucher I will definitely not going to come back
