This was my first time at the salon and I was a little apprehensive but I had no need to be. Lauren was professional and confident and understanding of my concerns. She talked me through what she thought I was requesting and gave a few suggestions. The final result was very good and a great improvement so much so that I made my next appointment which I am looking forward to. I have put into practise her suggestions for looking after my hair when I ve been swimming.
