This was my first visit and I found Lauren very friendly and helpful. She cut my hair very well indeed then blow dried but was unable to use a heated curler to give the hair some volume and bounce - apparently all the curlers/straighteners have large barrels and my hair needed a thinner one. That meant that my new hair style was very flat.
