When I need a hairdresser I normally go to the works, over 8 yrs now. You get an appointment quickly, and I have always been satisfied. As usual I did not have to wait long, was offered a drink, and made to feel welcome. Lauren took the time find out what I wanted, answered some questions I had, and gave me exactly what I wanted. So am very pleased and satisfied.
