I was quite nervous going for my first ‘cut and colour’ at the Works . I have had the same hairdresser for many years but have recently moved to this area .
Alice was really fab and put my mind at rest . She really talked it all through with me and listened to me .I am absolutely delighted with the results ... my partner says I look 10 years younger ... can’t say better than that !!

Despite it being first week after lockdown and the salon being very busy Jen didn’t rush. She kept me informed of progress, made sure I was comfortable and happy with the result. She also explained next steps to achieve the colour I want, I’m going from brown to blonde and I don’t want to rush it and damage my hair. I’m very happy with progress so far and looking forward to my next appointment.
