Not a great first impression at all. I arrived on time and was seen to half an hour later. I wouldn’t have minded at all if I got a simple apology, but I didn’t which I found extremely rude. My haircut in general was absolutely find and I’m happy with the result but the hairdresser seemed very rushed, not paying much attention to me and I felt like a bit of an inconvenience. I won’t be returning again..
