Treatment started 15 minutes later than it should have. Facial was done but I was then left with a mask on for 10 minutes -Usually a massage is given whilst the mask is on. I was offered a hot drink but then I had to ask for it which was given after the 10 minute wait. I paid an additional £10 for an eye treatment as an add on which I never got. I felt the beautician was inexperienced and the whole thing fell short of my expectations.
