Love my hair done by Ruby, it's so curly and lots of it, very challenging. I left the salon so happy. Great cut and I'm sure I'll be able to manage it better. L.

Hair wash sink had previous client’s hair and hair dye in it. Straight forward trim but wasn’t right. Too much taken off, not straight around length, fringe not straight. Wouldn’t recommend going in a Saturday too many distractions for hairdresser (delivery guy, painters, other staff asking questions). Complained and went back, was ‘fixed’ (but MUCH shorter than I wanted and not really a style) by Ruby
